Just want to give you a very strong message that I am extremely satisfied with the “Shark” system. Please let me know if there is a way I can give the manufacturer feedback about the excellent service you provided me.
Of all the suppliers I am using for our projects, you have been the best. I am VP of Sales for an International company and I deal with major electronics manufacturers on a daily basis, so I know what values to put on service, price, delivery times, etc., and you have exceeded my expectations in every area. The friendly advice and willingness to help was frosting on the cake. Thank you very much! I am recommending you to heating contractors, GC’s, and do-it-yourself friends. This is a much better way to go than the energy-sucking systems that use Munchkin boilers, that seem to be so popular, My neighbor’s system heats the water up to boiling and then wastes all that energy (propane is well over $3/gallon) by mixing it down to a “circulating” 90 degrees with cold water! He had a $500+ heating bill last month for a new (well insulated) 3000 sq ft house... And now he just installed electric heat strips into his A/C unit to supplement his radiant system!!
