It comes with a standard long-reach lead-free faucet.
Description
This
undercounter system utilizes SafeWater Technology to boost water
alkalinity and preserve healthy minerals
without the need for water waste or the high water pressures required by
reverse-osmosis (RO) units.
SafeWater
Technology insures a continuous supply of filtered, great tasting water
that is guaranteed free of bacteria, cysts,
molds, and spores, including a 99.9% reduction of virus, even during
emergencies and power outages — just when
you need it the most! Not only will this unit exceed the performance of
most RO systems without UV light at removing
of pathogenic organisms, it also equals or exceeds RO performance at
removing other common water contaminants like
heavy metals, chemicals, hormones, fluoride, chlorine & chloramines as
well as their disinfection by-products.
The
system comes with a lead-free, long-reach tubing attached faucet for easy
installation. Housings are commercial-grade
heavy duty housings manufactured of high-purity virgin polypropylene. We
guarantee they will not leach chemicals of
any kind into product water. Water travels through an easily resettable
WaterMinder® meter which helps you keep track of
when its time for a cartridge change. Like all LivingWaters™
systems, the unit employs standard 9-3/4” cartridges making it easily
upgradable as future technology changes. Both
the lead-free, long-reach faucet and supply valve are equipped with John
Guest style fittings making installation a
snap.
This
system contains one LivingWaters 10CAC catalytic activated carbon
chloramine reduction cartridge in the first
housing, one LivingWaters 10FRC fluoride/arsenic reduction cartridge in
the second housing, one LivingWaters 10KCER
premium Doulton Sterasyl® Ceramic and KDF®55 cartridge in the third
housing, and one LivingWaters 10CBR/ST.1 Ster-O-Tap
microfiltration cartridge in the fourth housing. It also comes with a
spanner wrench that makes cartridge changes simple,
as well as an extra EPDM “O” ring.
Product has
been independently tested by various labs to verify performance claims.
All components have been
tested
to comply with NSF Standard 42 for water aesthetics and depending upon the
component, to other applicable NSF Standards
as well. Results are available upon request.

Appropriate components have
been tested to comply with NSF Standard
42 for water aesthetics, and NSF Standard 53
for cyst removal.
Cartridge Replacement
Replace 10CAC, 10ANC and
10ST.1 elements when flow diminishes or
every 1,000 gallons or 12 months
whichever comes first. Clean ceramic element
when needed and replace at 2,000 gallons or
every two years.
